Please note that while we take every precaution to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely free of allergens including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame and possibly others.

IMPORTANT

Please take a moment to carefully review our policies below:

We do not offer photos on cakes, burnaway cakes, fondant or chocolate decorations, flavors not listed on our menu, star-shaped cakes, metallic cakes (gold, silver, rose gold) or fresh flowers
Our cakes are delicate and cannot be shipped.
Cakes will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
We do not offer refunds once an order is placed. However, if your event is canceled and you notify us before the custom cake is made, your payment may be applied as credit toward another cake within two months of your initial order.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up. If any damage or mistakes occur before pickup, we will do everything we can to address it promptly.
Every order is custom and handmade, with decorations subject to our artistic interpretation. You are welcome to provide inspiration photos, but we will not replicate another artist's work exactly.

If the date you have chosen is open/your order is accepted you will be contacted to confirm your order details along with payment. IF YOU ARE NOT CONTACTED VIA TEXT MESSAGE THE DATE CHOSEN IS FULL AND WE ARE UNABLE TO FILL YOUR ORDER
